Life Style: Bitter gourd is a vegetable which most people do not like at all. Its sour taste spoils the taste of the mouth. That's why people don't like to eat it quickly. But let us tell you that this vegetable is very beneficial for health. It has many properties which protect you from many diseases. It lowers blood sugar levels and flushes out toxins from the body. In other words, there is something good in bitter gourd. Today I am going to share a great recipe with you for those who do not eat it just for taste. “Bitter Melon Boji” is a recipe that rivals plum boji in terms of taste. I must say that it is so delicious that once you try this vegetable, you will definitely like to eat it with dal. Please tell me how to prepare bitter gourd.

Bitter gourd 3-4 pieces Oil 2 tbsp Onion 2 pieces Salt

To prepare bitter gourd, first cut the bitter gourd into pieces. All the bitter gourd seeds should be removed and kept aside. – After cutting the bitter gourd, keep it in a big bowl. Then add one spoon salt in this bowl and keep it covered for about 30 minutes.

�After the stipulated time, remove the lid of the container. Water must have been removed from the bitter gourd by adding salt. – Mash the bitter gourd well and keep it in another container. The next step is to wash the bitter gourd completely with water.

�Turn on the gas and place the vessel on it. Add oil to the pan and when hot, add chopped onion. When the onion turns golden brown, add bitter gourd and mix. In the next step, fry the bitter gourd on low flame and cover it. – After the bitter gourd is cooked, add salt to it and turn off the gas. Karela Baujih is ready.
