Hyundai Creta Electric Car: Hyundai's next big launch in the Indian automobile market could be Creta EV. The electric version of the upcoming midsize SUV is being awaited all over the world including India. Its exterior design has been seen many times during testing, but the latest case is of its interior. Recently a glimpse of the interior of Creta EV has been seen. Let us know what features are seen in the interior of the new Creta EV.

Previous spy images show that the Creta EV may come with a brand new three-spoke steering wheel, similar to the Kona EV sold abroad. Additionally, the drive selector lever has been moved from the center console to the steering wheel column, which is again similar to the Kona EV.

Hyundai EV: possible interior

Features like two cup holders, an electronic parking brake button, button for cooled seats, auto hold and 360-degree camera can be found in the newly designed center console.

The leaked interior image of the Creta EV suggests that the center panel for the HVAC controls could be taken from the Alcazar facelift. It is hardly similar to the fuel based Creta model.

The twin-screen setup for the infotainment and instrument cluster may be retained in the Creta EV. Apart from this, many physical controls are expected to be available. More features and updated software interface can be found in infotainment.

Creta facelift-like exterior?

Talking about the exterior design, the Creta electric SUV will be largely similar to the Creta facelift launched this year. But it will have electric car special features like closed grille, all-new front and rear bumpers, and the first-seen new aero-optimized alloy wheels.

Hyundai EV: potential range and battery

Creta EV can get power from 45kWh battery pack, which is less than MG ZS EV (50.3kWh) and upcoming Maruti Suzuki eVX (48-60kWh). However, this battery pack is equivalent to the battery pack of the base model (45kWh) of Tata Curvv EV. Once fully charged, its potential range can be around 450 kilometers. Creta EV may be launched globally in 2025.
