Farali Rajgira Puri: Rajgira Puri is a popular vrat dish. You can eat this easy-to-make puri during Navratri fast. You can also call it Farali Puri. So today here Rajgara will tell you the method of making Farali Puri at home.
2 cups gram flour
1/2 cup ghee
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon rock salt
water as required
oil for frying
1). Mix ghee, turmeric and rock salt in gram flour.

3) Mix water and knead the dough. Keep the dough for 10-15 minutes.
4). Make small round shaped balls from the dough.
5)Make puri in machine or by weaving.
6). Deep fry in hot oil.
7). serve hot.
