Palak Paneer Recipe: Everyone likes dishes made from paneer, whether children or adults. Now eat it with great enthusiasm. First of all, remove the thick stalks of spinach, clean them and wash them thoroughly. Now put the spinach in a cooker and add salt, break 5-6 cashew nuts and 2 green chillies on top. Switch off the cooker and whistle on medium flame.

After the whistle, take out the spinach and now put 5-6 ice cubes in the spinach leaves, this will keep the color green. If you want, you can also add half a spoon of sugar while boiling spinach. Due to this the color of the leaves will remain completely green.

When the spinach cools down, put it in the mixer and grind it very finely and make its puree. You can keep it thick or thin as per your choice.

Now heat oil in a pan and add some cumin and asafoetida in it. Grind 1 finely chopped onion and 8-10 cloves of garlic and 1 inch of ginger into oil and add it to make a paste. When all the ingredients are lightly roasted, add the puree of 1 big tomato to it. Cook the spices till they leave oil.

Now add 1 pinch of turmeric, salt and coriander powder on top and stir while mixing. Now add prepared spinach puree to it and cook on high flame for about 5 minutes. Cut the paneer into cubes and fry in 1 spoon oil until it becomes light golden.

Now when the gravy starts boiling, add fried paneer cubes to it and mix well. Now add some Kasuri Methi on top and make tadka for Palak Paneer. For this, take 2-3 spoons of desi ghee in a ladle and add 4 finely chopped garlic cloves, 2 whole red chillies and half a spoon of Kashmiri chilli. Pour this tempering on top while serving.

Now your hotel-like Palak Paneer is ready. You can eat it with roti or paratha. Palak Paneer tastes very good, you can make it even when guests come to your house. You must try this healthy palak paneer recipe once at home.
