Meta CEO Mark Zuckeberg has replaced Amazon’s Jeff Bezos in the list of top richest persons after formers net worth reached $206.2 billion.  As per Bloomberg Billionaire Index Zuckeberg overtook Bezos who has net worth of $205.1 billion.  The most interesting fact is that Zuckerberg’s net worth has surpassed the GDP of Kuwait.  Kuwait GDP is $160.4 billion.  The Bloomberg Billionaire Index keeps a track on wealthiest people and updates on a daily basis. Zuckerberg witnessed a splendid rise of $78 billion which is the largest among 500 richest people. The Meta CEO has a stake of 13% and it has established him today as the world’s second richest person in the Bloomberg index.  Meta’s shares witnessed a rise of 70% in 2024 and it helped him in his increasing personal wealth after the investors too showed interest in the company’s stock. The company of late laid off over 2000 employees which is also being seen as a major factor for the company in recovering from the past jolts.  Now Zuckerberg is behind Tesla’s Elon Musk who is ahead of him with $50 billion.
