Junior doctors called off their strike

Debashish Halder from Dharmatala procession said that we are on strike for 58 days demanding justice for the victim. The demands we have made are for everyone's safety. The government said that 26 percent of the work including installation of CCTV has been completed. If anyone thinks that we have surrendered to the government then it is wrong. We have taken this decision on behalf of the public and for justice for the victim.

Medical Service Center state secretary Biplab Chandra said that after 58 days of RG tax agitation, the West Bengal Junior Doctors Front has finally decided to call off the strike. We welcome this decision. However, we believe that this decision should have been taken earlier, but we have not got justice yet.
