To make vrat momos you will need
Sago

Cheese

carrot

beans

Cabbage

Ghee

Cumin

green chilli

Ginger

Salt

black pepper

To make Viral Momos, first wash the sago thoroughly and then soak it. For this, mix water and salt together and then add sago to it. Now take carrots, beans and cabbage in small pieces. In this you should add only those vegetables which you eat during the fast. Also chop green chilli and ginger finely. Now heat ghee in a pan and then add cumin, green chilli and ginger in the ghee and fry. Now add all the vegetables in it and mix well. Add salt and black pepper to it. Break the cheese with your hands and add it. Then let it cool. Now mash the soaked sago well. To make momo, take mashed sago and then put the filling on it and cover with some sago. Make a round shape and then prepare all the momos like this. Now steam and then eat. Before steaming, place butter paper in the steamer.
