Material

  • Puffed Rajgira-1/2 cup
  • Paneer-1/2 cup
  • Hung curd-3/4 cup
  • Makhana- 1/2 cup
  • Ginger (grated)- 1/2 tsp
  • Peanuts-1/4 cup
  • Green chilli-1
  • Green Coriander – 2 tbsp
  • Rock salt-as per taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

1-To make Dahi Kebab, first put Rajgira and Makhana in the mixer and grind it finely. Now add hung curd, paneer and ginger one by one and mix them.

2- Now add green chillies, crushed peanuts, rock salt into it. Now mix all this and knead it like dough. Now keep cutting small pieces of it and making them in the shape of round pedas.

3- Now place it in the remaining coarse powder of Makhana and Rajgira, so that the coating sticks all around it. In this way, make cakes of all these.

4-Now place the pan on the gas and heat the pan. Apply light oil on hot pan and place these tikkis on it and cook well. Garnish lightly and serve.
