Who will lead the multi-billion dollar Tata Group in the future? This is the billion-dollar question on every business analysts mind. The answer may just be this man Neville Tata the nephew  of Ratan Tata who has recently started to make strides in the business world. Who is Neville Tata? Neville Tata 32 is the son of Noel Tata Ratan Tatas half-brother who is a respected name in the business space in his own right. Neville is the second child of Noel Tata and Aloo Mistry the sister of former chairman of Tata Group late Cyrus Mistry. During recent years Neville has started to make his mark in the family business empire and now heads Star Bazaar which is a part of Tata Groups retail operations under the hypermarket division of Trent Ltd.  Star Bazaar a joint venture between the Tata Group and British retail giant Tesco runs 66 brand stores across the country and is in effect in direct competition with Mukesh Ambanis Reliance Retail headed by Isha Ambani his daughter. Neville Tata - the heir-apparent Neville Tata who is a much smaller public presence compared to other members of the Tata clan graduated from the Bayes Business School. and joined Trent Ltd. in 2016. Initially Neville was charged with overseeing the packaged food and beverages division and proving his mettle was given the reins of Zudio. Soon Neville Tata proved his business acumen once again as he transformed Zudio into one of the top apparel brands in the country. Now the appointment of Neville as the head of Star Bazaar a key component of Tata Groups retail business seems to be a rite of passage for the 32-year-old business graduate to head the multi-billion dollar business conglomerate in the future. Experts believe that Neville Tata is being groomed as the heir of Tata business empire and handing him more responsibilities seems to be a way to make him acquainted with how the family business operates. This includes his role changing from a non-executive director on the board of Trent Hypermarket to an executive one. Neville Tata personal life Neville Tata is second of the three children born to Noel Tata and Aloo Mistry. Unlike many other rich kids Neville and his two sister Maya Tata and Leah Tata maintain a low profile in their public and professional lives. The siblings reportedly do not use their last names at work and behaving like employees rather heirs of Tata Group. In 2019 Neville Tata married Manasi Kirloskar in a private affair which was attended only by a select group of family and friends including Ratan Tata. Neville and Manasi have a son Jamset Tata.
