In such a situation, if this flour is used during fasting, it is very beneficial for health. So let us know the method of making this puri and its ingredients.

Material

Buckwheat flour – 200 grams

Boiled potatoes – 120 grams

Rock salt – 1 tsp

Water – to knead the dough

Ghee – for deep frying

Flour – for dusting

Method

1- To make buckwheat flour puri, first boil the potatoes. After this, take out the potatoes in a vessel and peel them. Now add potatoes and salt to the flour, add a little water and knead it hard.

2- Now after this, cover and leave for about 25-30 minutes. Break this dough into 10 to 12 pieces and make balls. However, during this time, apply a little oil on your hands, so that the dough does not stick.

3- Now take the dough one by one and make it thin and roll it into the shape of a puri. Prepare all the puris in the same manner. When all the puris are made, prepare to fry. To fry puris, take a pan, add ghee in it and heat it.

4- However, to check whether the oil is hot, put a small amount of puri in the ghee. If it comes up at once then it means that the oil is completely heated. After this, fry all the puris either 1-1 or 2-2.

5- Keep in mind that during this time, keep stirring the puris in between, so that they swell completely. After this, fry well from both the sides.
