To make Gulab Jamun from leftover roti, first take rotis. Then put them in the mixer and grind them finely and make powder. Now take out this powder in a bowl and mix hot milk in it. Then add cardamom powder to it and let it soak for ten minutes. Now mash it and mix it well and add ghee, baking powder, salt and milk powder to it, mix well and knead it like dough.
