How was the pattern earlier

For the last four editions, the JEE Main exam paper consisted of 90 questions - 20-20 from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Section A and 10-10 questions from three subjects in Section B. Candidates had to attempt five questions from each of the three subjects of Section B. But now in 2025, the National Testing Agency will follow the old pattern of JEE Mains, where Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics will have 25 questions each.
