In Rajasthan, the court has now sentenced two accused to seven years of rigorous imprisonment in the case of buying and selling a minor. Here, the special POCSO court of Dholpur district has also imposed a fine of 40 thousand rupees on the accused in this case registered in the year 2017 at the Basedi police station of the district. 

According to reports, a woman had registered a case in this regard in 2017 in Basedi police station. The woman alleged that some people in the village had forced her to register the farm by threatening to kill her children and forcibly sent her with Sonu Gurjar along with the children. The woman said that Sonu Gurjar had taken her to Jaipur along with the children. Here he kept her for forty days and raped her. After this, Sonu Gurjar took her to Gujarat and Bayana along with the children. 

The victim woman had accused Sonu Gurjar of selling her nine-and-a-half-year-old minor girl

The woman had also accused the accused Sonu Gurjar of selling her nine-and-a-half-year-old minor girl to Pappu Gurjar in Bayana for three lakh rupees. The woman said that after this Pappu Gurjar sold the minor to Nihal Singh for four lakh rupees. The woman said that Nihal Singh had bought the girl for Vijay Singh. Now the court has given its verdict in this case and given harsh punishment to the accused.
