When we don't get enough sleep, our brain doesn't function properly and this can lead to mental fatigue and anxiety. Create healthy sleep habits, have a set time for sleeping and waking up, this can provide mental peace. Also, take short breaks in between work during the day, this reduces stress. Also take 7-8 hours of sleep every day, 7-8 hours of sleep throughout the day is the most effective way to reduce stress.
