Ayushman Bharat Yojana: Ayushman Bharat Yojana is the largest health insurance scheme of the central government. Under this scheme, PPL families are provided with free Ayushman cards. With this card, a poor family can get free treatment in hospitals up to Rs 5 lakh per year. If you have a white ration card, you can apply for Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Once your name is included in the beneficiary list, you can avail the benefits.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana: Everyone dreams of owning a house. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the central government provides financial assistance for the construction of houses for poor families. Under this scheme, PPL families will get a subsidy of up to Rs.1,20,000. Recently, the government announced that 3 crore new families will be benefited under this scheme. If you have a white ration card, you can avail this new scheme.
Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana: Under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, free gas connections and free gas stoves are provided to BPL families. Also, the government provides subsidies for gas filling. If you refill you can get a subsidy up to Rs.300. Applications for the third phase of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana will start soon. Antyodaya Anna Yojana: PBL ration card holders will get free ration under Antyodaya Anna Yojana. The government extended this scheme for another 5 years which was started during the Corona period. Under this scheme, wheat, rice, sugar and kerosene can be obtained free of charge from ration shops. There are many such programs.
