Jeremy Lalrinnunga (English: Jeremy Lalrinnunga, born October 26, 2002) is an Indian weightlifting player. Jeremy Lalrinnunga started his training as a boxer under the guidance of his father at the age of just six. His father was a national level boxer. Later he started practicing weightlifting. He started lifting weights at the age of just 10. After this, Jeremy took training from Vijay Sharma and later he started training at the Army Sports Institute, Pune. He won the men's 62 kg at the 2018 Youth Olympics. 274 kg in the competition. (124 kg + 150 kg) weight and won the gold medal. At that time his age was only 15 years. His personal best performance was 306 kg. (140 kg + 166 kg). Jeremy Lalrinnunga, who hails from Mizoram, had failed to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics.

His competition was with Samoa's Vaipava Nevo. Vaipava won 127 kg in snatch. And 166 kg in clean and jerk. Won silver medal in weight lifting. In his last attempt, he weighed 174 kg in his bid to win gold. Apart from weightlifting, Jeremy likes football and Ronaldo is his favorite player.
