Life Style: Try this mini soya dosa recipe which can be a great option for breakfast or brunch. This easy recipe goes best with coconut chutney and sambar.
1 cup soy milk
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
2 pinches of salt
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon refined oil
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Step 1
Make a thin batter using soya milk, wheat flour, green chilli, onion, coriander, baking powder, salt and water. Mix them well and make a thin batter.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick pan and apply some oil on it.

Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter on a non-stick pan and spread it in circular motion to form a thin dosa.

Apply some oil and cook on both sides. Make 5 more dosas with the remaining batter.
Step 5
Serve hot with garlic tomato chutney, coconut chutney or sambar.
