Neemuch, 26 October (Hindustan Reporter). Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav’s program is proposed in Neemuch district on 29th October. In this program, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will address the program organized here by inaugurating the newly constructed Medical College in Neemuch and will distribute benefit letters to the beneficiaries of various schemes. He will also perform Bhoomi Pujan and inaugurate various development works.

A meeting was held on Saturday under the chairmanship of Neemuch Collector Himanshu Chandra regarding the preparations for the proposed program of the Chief Minister, in which he handed over various responsibilities to the district officials. In the meeting, the Collector instructed all the district officers to ensure all necessary arrangements regarding the proposed program of the Chief Minister.

In the meeting, Collector Chandra discussed about selection of the venue for the programme, bringing the beneficiaries to the venue, arranging for them to sit in an organized manner, transportation, stage arrangements, drinking water and cleanliness arrangements at the venue, and parking of vehicles. Responsibilities regarding arrangements including all other necessary arrangements were handed over and handed over to the officers. Along with this, instructions were also given to discharge the responsibilities promptly within the time limit. ADM Lakshmi Gamad, District Panchayat CEO Arvind Damor and all SDMs and district officers of various departments were present in the meeting.
