Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Leaks: As Samsung’s anticipated Galaxy S25 Ultra inches closer to its expected release next year, speculation and rumours about the device have intensified. A recently circulated image, supposedly depicting the S25 Ultra, has been making the rounds online, but industry insiders quickly flagged it as a fake.

The questionable image originated in a Vietnam-based Facebook group and deviates significantly from reliable leaks about the upcoming flagship model.

Contrary to what the viral photo shows, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to sport a quad-camera setup, including a 3x telephoto lens. The viral photo, however, only shows three camera lenses on the back, missing key design elements Samsung typically includes in its high-end models. The frame, buttons, and overall structure also don’t align with Samsung's recent designs, further casting doubt on the image's authenticity.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: What To Expect

Leaks suggest Samsung will be using a titanium frame for the S25 Ultra, which promises enhanced durability while remaining lightweight. Unlike the glossy finish seen in the Galaxy S23 Ultra, this model's frame will feature a rougher texture similar to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Recent dummy units of the Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra also reveal that the Ultra’s design will feature slightly rounded corners, deviating from the sharper look of its predecessors.

Meanwhile, another report from Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) CEO Ross Young hints at Samsung opting for M13 OLED materials for the S25 Ultra’s display rather than the advanced M14 materials, which Apple has already implemented in its iPhone 16 Pro models.

This decision reportedly stems from Samsung's efforts to manage rising production costs tied to advanced chips, memory, and AI technologies. The Snapdragon 8 Elite chip—a core component in the S25 Ultra — is reportedly about 21 per cent more expensive than its predecessor, impacting the overall production budget.
