How to get 15 thousand?

Namo Drone Didi Yojana is a government initiative under which women are being trained in drone operation, data analysis and maintenance to make them skilled in agricultural work. The aim of this scheme is to provide better employment opportunities to women and make them self-reliant. Under this, women will be given a monthly salary of Rs 15,000, so that they can earn a respectable income sitting at home. 

What is Namo Drone Didi Yojana?

Women participating in this scheme are given technical knowledge related to drones. They are taught how drones are used in agriculture for monitoring crops, spraying pesticides and fertilizers, and sowing seeds. This 15-day course has to be completed with at least five days of mandatory training. 

 

Who can avail the benefit of the scheme?

Indian women between the ages of 18 and 37 can take advantage of the Namo Drone Didi scheme. For this, it is mandatory for the woman to be an active member of a self-help group, which gives her an opportunity to work together with other women.

  • Mobile number and email id
  • Passport size photo
  • Self Help Group Identity Card

How to avail the benefit of the scheme?

Currently, the facility of online application is not available for this. Interested women will have to contact their self-help group, where they will be given complete information and training related to this scheme.
