Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reached Shri Tilakeshwar Gau-Seva Sadan run by Village Industries Development Board on the occasion of Govardhan Puja on Friday. Here he participated in the Govardhan Puja and Diwali Milan ceremony organized by the Grain and Oilseed Traders Association. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav first worshiped Mother Cow by performing Govardhan Puja and fed her 56 types of offerings mixed with fodder. After this the Chief Minister worshiped Tilakeshwar Mahadev.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said in the program organized on this occasion that there is a special blessing of God on this holy land of Avantika. There is not even a mole of land left here, where religion has no power. May we continue celebrating festivals throughout the year, may God's blessings be upon us all. Diwali is just a light of lamp amidst the dense darkness. It gives light, illumination, courage, warmth, energy and inspiration to move forward continuously. The Chief Minister wished everyone a happy Diwali.
The Chief Minister said that our Indian culture is known for organizing festivals and celebrations continuously from birth till death. With this the desire to live continuously increases. No matter how many troubles there are in life, we still get to smile amidst them every day. When we connect with nature, connect with God, connect with mother cow, we get happiness. 33 crore Gods and Goddesses reside in Mother Cow. Let us make our life successful by worshiping and serving them.
He said that we should protect our native cow progeny. All our Teej festivals work to unite the society. A temple of Lord Krishna will also be built on the banks of river Jamuna. Two to three cow sheds will be built in every assembly constituency.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a cow shelter with a capacity of 5000 cows will be built in Ujjain by the Municipal Corporation. Tilakeshwar Mahadev is the main temple of Simhastha area, which will be renovated, along with this the cow shed here will also be developed. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a bridge will be built near the Chhatri of Veer Durgadas. Six lane road will be built from Mullapura to Chandu Khedi. Four-laning will be done from Kalidas Udyan to Kaal Bhairav Temple.
