Two much-anticipated commercial films faced off on November 1, making it a momentous day for Bollywood. Filmmaker Rohit Shetty's ‘Singham Again’ faced up against Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, and Madhuri Dixit's horror-comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’. Thanks to their devoted fan of the cherished franchises, both films had a phenomenal opening weekend at the box office.
‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ collected an impressive Rs 35.50 crore on the first day of release, making it stand out from its previous series, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’, which had made Rs 14.11 crore on its release day in 2022. As far as early estimations from trade experts are concerned, this is Kartik Aaryan's finest performance to date. Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film also achieves the highest opening of his career.
The film's 75.30 percent occupancy rate is noteworthy, according to Sacnilk, and the audience feedback has been very good. The morning shows had an occupancy rate of about 50%, but the evening screenings saw an 84% spike. The film was able to draw big crowds and retain great advance ticket reservations.

Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, Rajpal Yadav and Triptii Dimri are just a few of the A-listers in the third installment of the popular horror-comedy series. Building on the successful formula of its forerunners, this Kolkata-set horror comedy manages to strike a mixture of horror and humour.
At a first-day screening in Mumbai, actress Vidya Balan expressed her joy at reprising her legendary role as Manjulika. Speaking to ANI, she said, “I felt extremely good watching the first day first show of the film at Gaiety. Nothing better than seeing our audience happy.”
