A 5-match T20 series is to be played between Team India and England from 22 January 2025 and the schedule for it has been announced. Preparations for this series have already started and soon Team India's squad for this important series will also be announced.
If media reports are to be believed, the team that will be announced by the management for this series will include many players who have a stubborn nature. Along with this, the management will hand over the captaincy of Team India to an experienced player for this series.
The captaincy of the team that will be announced by the BCCI management for the 5-match T20 series against England can be handed over to experienced player Suryakumar Yadav. Suryakumar Yadav has been captaining Team India for the last few series and his performance as captain has been excellent. It is being said that Suryakumar Yadav will lead the Indian team in this format of cricket till the upcoming T20 World Cup. Along with this, news has also come that wicketkeeper batsman Sanju Samson can be appointed as the vice-captain of Team India by the management.
