100 grams chopped red onion
50 grams baby corn
30 grams black olives
ground black pepper as required
10 ml lemon juice
100 grams iceberg lettuce
75 grams cherry tomatoes
50 grams yellow capsicum
salt as required
20 ml extra virgin olive oil
Sunflower seeds as required
Step 1
Take a large bowl, cut the smoked mutton sausage into small pieces and add chopped lettuce. Mix them well and add chopped red onion along with cherry tomatoes.
