Realme GT 7 Pro Vs iQOO 13: With the recent release of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, leading smartphone manufacturers are unveiling their latest flagship models powered by this high-end chipset. Among them, the Realme GT 7 Pro and iQOO 13 stand out, offering premium specifications without the extreme price tags of some competitors. Here’s a closer look at how these two budget-friendly flagship models stack up.
Realme’s GT 7 Pro recently debuted in China as the most affordable device featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, starting at CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs 43,800). However, the iQOO 13, launched shortly after, also packs this same processor and falls into the sub-CNY 4,000 (roughly Rs 47,000) range, making it the second most affordable option in this category.
Both phones come equipped with high-quality LTPO AMOLED displays, though they vary in specific features. The Realme GT 7 Pro offers a 6.78-inch 1.5K screen with Dolby Vision support, a peak brightness of 6,000 nits, and a 120Hz refresh rate. On the other hand, the iQOO 13 features a slightly larger 6.82-inch 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 4,500 nits peak brightness, and the added Q2 Display Chip for enhanced visuals.
Storage and memory options are robust on both models, with configurations of 12GB or 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. Powering these devices are sizable batteries: the Realme GT 7 Pro sports a 6,000 mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, while the iQOO 13 edges ahead with a 6,150 mAh battery and faster 120W wired charging.
Both models come with glass front and back panels and sturdy aluminium frames, along with IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance ratings. Design-wise, the GT 7 Pro stands out with a sleek, curved display, while the iQOO 13 goes for a flat-panel design.
In terms of camera technology, both smartphones bring impressive setups. The Realme GT 7 Pro features a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, optimised for zoom capabilities. The iQOO 13, however, offers three 50MP lenses, including an ultrawide and telephoto lens, plus a 32MP selfie camera, making it strong in ultrawide and front-camera performance.
Both phones come with Android 15, with the Realme GT 7 Pro using ColorOS and iQOO 13 running on OriginOS. Gaming on these devices is also enhanced by software-driven features. The Realme GT 7 Pro includes a larger cooling system, while the iQOO 13 integrates a dedicated Q2 chip to boost frame stability during high-intensity gaming.
