A group of impoverished kids from Lucknow has won over internet users’ hearts by replicating the designer’s famous wedding gown.
These young artisans, who were influenced by Sabyasachi’s lavish designs, have not only reinterpreted his works but also created gorgeous wedding gowns out of donated clothing.
The children are shown mastering the designer’s well-known collection with kiran borders in the video, which was released by the non-profit organization Innovation For Change. Not only that, but they also smashed his renowned models’ signature walks. The video then demonstrates how the young artists posed and dressed their wedding attire with fashionable glare.
“We are a Lucknow-based NGO, working with 400+ slum children and providing free education to these children,” the organization said after sharing the video on Instagram. All of the pupils performing in this come from impoverished neighborhoods, and these clothes were created by our students. These children come from homes that are very destitute and powerless. They comb through all of the clothing they get from neighbors and locals as charity in an effort to use their creativity to produce designer garments.

These kids created all the clothes, so please show your love to everyone. The fact that @sabyasachiofficial posted their video is a dream come true for our kids,” they said.
The NGO also disclosed that the video was produced by 15-year-old aspiring filmmakers who are diligently honing their craft every day, showcasing the incredible potential behind the camera.
The viral video has received over 1.7 million views and is still going strong, leaving viewers in a state of disbelief. Sabyasachi Mukherjee himself was drawn to the share as well. He expressed his gratitude by writing a love emoji in the post’s comments area. Additionally, the well-known designer reposted the video on his own Instagram page.
Soon after, social media users also left comments on the young artists’ work, expressing their gratitude and admiration. The online community was compelled to share their awe at the young artists’ enthusiasm and commitment in the film.
