1/2 cup cold water
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
ice cubes as required
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp rose leaves
Step 1 Blend the curd
To prepare a refreshing glass of vanilla lassi, add curd to a blender and blend it well until smooth.
Step 2 Blend the curd with vanilla extract and sugar
Also, add vanilla extract, sugar and cold water to the blender. Blend this mixture well for about 30 seconds or until all the ingredients are well combined.
Step 3 Add dry ginger powder
Now, add dry ginger powder or dry ginger to this blended mixture and blend for 30 more seconds.
Step 4 Serve chilled with rose petals
Take a glass and add ice cubes to it. Pour the prepared vanilla lassi into serving glasses and garnish with fresh rose petals. Serve chilled.
