The 53 year old and the Italian dancer are certainly well matched, and Sarah even agrees herself. Speaking to , the Horrible Histories actress explained why she enjoys working alongside him.
"We're well matched because we're both quite hyper - he keeps telling me to stand still and listen," she confessed. She also unveiled that Vito regularly cooks for her and she's introduced him to "my British repertoire and the extent of my cooking", being boiled eggs on toast.
Speaking about his Italian charms, Sarah added: "But you're in a very unique situation where you have four days to learn a really hard dance from this person, you're seeing each other when you're exhausted, having a laugh together, going a bit crazy together, and those moments bond you in a very different way to any other relationship that I can explain.
"You could either have the romance or the dancing, but not the energy for both. But obviously, it helps gazing into his gorgeous face."
Away from the screen, Sarah leads a very private life and doesn't speak whether or not she has a partner. Eagle-eyed viewers did catch on that she is the mother to one child, after she revealed that she danced to Billie Eilish's Birds of a Feather.
Prior to the show's launch in September, the actress was considered a relative outsider in the betting market. She is now 5/2 second favourite to win the Glitterball Trophy after scoring 37 points in Icons Week.

However, it was the end of the road for Shayne Ward and his partner Nancy.
The 40-year-old star has become the seventh celebrity to depart the BBC show, after losing out in the dance-off against Wynne Evans and his professional partner Katya Jones.
After his exit was announced, Shayne said: "I just want to say, you guys up there [the other contestants] are a dream. Every single day, coming in here and seeing you guys you helped me so much.
"I want to say thank you to the audience as well, for always being amazing for us all. This has been, honestly, one of the best things I've ever done."
