Sushmita Sen who was in a relationship with Rohman Shawl for over five yearsannounced their separation on Instagram in December 2021 stating that while their romantic relationship had ended their love and friendship would continue. Being true to their words Rohman has always been seen by Sushmita’s side at events and parties often looking out for her which has fueled rumours of a reconciliation. However in a recent podcast with Rhea Chakraborty Sushmita clarified that she has been single for about three years now putting those rumours to rest. On an episode of Chapter 2 Sushmita stated It has been almost two years...I have been single...since 2021...Im not in a relationship. She added that it’s lovely to take a break after nearly five years in a relationship. Following Sushmita’s statement Rohman also spoke about their relationship and the chemistry they shared. He said About his chemistry with Sushmita Sen Rohman Shawl said Voh toh 6 saal se saath mein hai. Isme naya kya hai? (We have been together for six years. What’s new to this?) We have always been friends and that will always continue. We share something special and that is visible too. Rohman who is both a model and an actor was recently seen in the film Amaran where he portrayed a terrorist alongside actors Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi.
