GAIL Senior Engineer Recruitment 2024: GAIL India Limited has invited applications for many posts including Senior Engineer. Senior Engineer: 98 posts

Senior Officer: 130 posts

Officer: 33 posts

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with the prescribed minimum qualifying marks in the recommended subject. Along with this, there should also be necessary experience. The eligibility criteria are different for all the posts. Interested candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria once before applying. Candidates can check the educational qualification and age limit available on the detailed notification.

Selection Process
Only candidates who fulfill all the eligibility criteria (based on the application submitted in the online application) will be considered for further selection. Depending on the number of candidates who fulfill all the criteria, candidates will have to undergo a single-stage or multi-stage selection process. The selection process will include group discussions and/or interviews before a selection committee.

The selection process will be the same for all posts except Senior Officer (F&S), Officer (Security) and Officer (Official Language).

The minimum qualifying percentage of marks to be obtained in the interview is 60% for the UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS category and 55% for the SC/ST/PwBD category.

The minimum qualifying percentage of marks to be obtained in Group Discussion/Proficiency Test/Physical Fitness Test (wherever applicable) or any other tool adopted to assess skills and competencies has been prescribed as 40% for UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS and 35% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) category have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.200 (excluding convenience fee and taxes as applicable). SC/ST/PwBD category candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
