APPSC Group 2 Main Exam 2024: Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has postponed its Group 2 Main Exam 2024. Candidates who were going to appear in the main written examination to be held for Group II services (Notification No. 11/2023) can visit the official website of the commission at psc.ap.gov.in. APPSC Group 2 Mains 2024 Date: The exam will be held on 23 February

As per the earlier schedule, this exam was to be held on January 5, 2025, but it has been postponed to February 23, 2025.

The official notice reads, "In continuation of the Commission's web note and press note, dated: 30.10.2024, it is notified that the Main Written Examination for Group II Services (Notification No. 11/2023) which was scheduled to be held on 05.01.2025 has been rescheduled to 23.02.2025. For other details visit the Commission's website http://psc.ap.gov.in regularly."

The exam was postponed earlier too.
This is the second time that the APPSC Group 2 Mains exam has been postponed. Earlier in July, this exam was to be held on 28 July 2024, but it was postponed. Then the commission had said that the exam had been postponed due to administrative reasons.

About the APPSC Group 2 Exam
This exam is being conducted to fill about 900 vacancies in various departments of the state government. The preliminary screening exam was conducted on February 25 in a single shift from 10:30 am to 1 pm at 1327 locations across 24 districts of the state. The preliminary result was declared on April 10, 2024.
