This case has been filed by a BJP leader. The BJP leader made serious allegations and said that Anees Ansari raped her on the pretext of marriage and also divorced her husband. The life of a BJP leader was ruined and now she is also receiving death threats. Frustrated, the BJP leader has filed a case of gangrape against 3 people including Anees Ansari, former metropolitan president of BJP's Minority Morcha, in Baradari police station.
The name of the BJP leader's son is also included in the FIR. He is accused of assault and erasing evidence from his mobile. The police have registered a case and started investigating the entire matter and have sent the victim for medical examination.

On complaining, both the children were threatened with death. The victim has made a written complaint to SSP Anurag Arya. On the orders of SSP, a case of gangrape has been registered against Anees Ansari, his brother Javed Ansari and Javed alias Bablu in Baradari police station. The police have registered a case and started investigating the entire matter and have sent the father for medical examination.

The victim alleges that Anees Ansari had joined BJP in 2022 and was also given the post of Mandal Vice President in Minority Morcha. After this, Anees started bearing the expenses of their children's education and gradually the relationship grew. Anees had physical relations with her for two and a half years and kept promising marriage. Not only this, the victim was also divorced from her first husband.
