Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reached Patel Nagar ISKCON temple in Bhopal on Friday and congratulated the Krishna devotees. He said that many festivals in the state like Janmashtami, Vijayadashami and Govardhan Puja have been celebrated jointly by the government and the society. In this sequence, the state government will now celebrate Geeta Jayanti on a grand scale in the entire state.
During this period, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also participated in the consecration of the idols of Shri Radhavallabh ji and the lamp donation festival in the ISKCON temple. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated all Krishna devotees.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that about 20 years ago, when the ISKCON temple was started in Ujjain, he had participated in the program in the presence of Swami Bhakta Niwas Ji. Today again I had the privilege of participating in the program with him. He has come here from England, he is heartily welcomed.
During this period, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also announced to make all those places where the feet of Lord Shri Krishna lay as pilgrimage sites. Chief Minister Yadav congratulated the organizers for this excellent event organized on Kartik Purnima.
