It so happened that in Tikamgarh, a speeding four-wheeler unknown vehicle hit 50-year-old Ghurka Lodhi hard, due to which he died tragically on the spot. After the accident, the driver fled from the spot with the vehicle. Due to this, angry family members of the deceased blocked the road near Darguva village on Baragaon-Kharagpur State Highway.
After a jam that lasted for about an hour, the police reached the spot. The police was trying to convince people. Meanwhile, over some issue, female TI Anumeha Gupta slapped a young man, a family member of the deceased, who was in the crowd. Then what happened was that many people, including the young man in the crowd, slapped the TI as well, due to which instead of calming down, the atmosphere got worse. Later, after the intervention of the authorities, the matter somehow calmed down.
The video of this incident is also going viral on social media, in which it can be seen how the female TI Anumeha Gupta slaps the young man, after which the crowd slaps her. During this time, the policemen present at the spot somehow pacified the people, otherwise the matter could have worsened. Regarding slapping the female TI, Additional SP Sitaram Sasatya said that the entire matter is being investigated. Action will be taken against those found guilty in the investigation.
