While the Indian squad has been engaged in practice sessions at the WACA stadium in Perth, where star Indian pacer Mohammed Siraj had a wholesome moment with the Indian bowling coach Morne Morkel.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a glimpse of some moments of the match simulation practice on the Indian cricket team’s official Instagram page.
Assistant coach Abhishek Nayar and Morne Morkel were examining the team’s three-day practice in detail, highlighting the dedication of players. In the video, Mohammed Siraj snuck and stood behind the bowling coach, listening to Morkel as he described what happened throughout the day.
Morkel was speaking to the camera and was explaining what had happened in the last three days, when Siraj decided to sneak up on him. He recognised the Indian pacer a few seconds later, as he refereed to him as a “legend” and discussed his significance for the upcoming series.
