has once again divided the opinions of the motoring world with the since for a new logo.
Launched at the , claim the Type 00 concept car will reflect the direction the company will be heading in, using the two-word phrase 'fearlessly creative'.
Adrian Mardell, CEO of JLR, voiced hopes that the new model will help to recapture some of the excitement that Jaguar has offered since the company launched in 1935.
He explained: "The is close to my heart - an original British luxury brand unmatched in its heritage, artistry, and emotional magnetism.
"That's the Jaguar we are recapturing and we will create the same sense of awe that surrounded iconic models like the E-Type. Our journey is already underway, guided by our original ethos to Copy Nothing - and the results will be spectacular."
Gerry McGovern, the company's chief creative officer, said: "Controversy has always surrounded British creativity when it's been at its best."
He added: "Jaguar has no desire to be loved by everybody. It has already stirred emotions and it will continue to.
"Some may love it now, some may love it later, and some may never love it. And that's ok, because that's what fearless creativity does."
A fully-electric fastback coupe, the Type 00 offers a number of unique styling features, including a complete lack of a rear window, flared wheel arches that blend into barrelled doors, and a wraparound windscreen without visible A-pillars.
Perhaps the most striking part of the design is the black horizontal lines that span the majority of the rear end and separate the two rear light bars.
One of the Jaguar Type 00s used at the Miami Art Week was painted in a particularly distinctive shade of pink - one of the least popular colours for new cars in the UK.
Inside, the Type 00's striking design continues, with Tom Holden, Chief Interior Designer at Jaguar, particularly highlighting the wide range of technology featured throughout.
He added: "Just as on the outside, deployable technologies are a hallmark of the interior. Screens glide silently and theatrically from the dashboard, while powered stowage areas slide open softly on demand, revealing hidden splashes of exuberant colour.
"We believe technology should enhance the modern luxury experience, not dominate the architecture, and the digital screen at the centre of the dashboard is an example of this philosophy."
Whilst the Jaguar Type 00 is a concept car, meaning it is highly unlikely to enter the showrooms anytime soon. However, the company also gave motorists an update on their first production model following their relaunch, which is due to be released for the 2026 model year.
A four-door grand tourer, the new model will use a new electric platform that is capable of covering up to 430 miles on a single charge and an additional 200 miles with just 15 minutes plugged in.
Jaguar also pledged to build the new production model, which has been spotted undergoing testing, in one of the company's UK factories.
