Soya Kofta Recipe
To make soya kofta, first prepare the kofta balls. For this, first of all soak the soybean for 10 to 15 minutes. After this grind it in the mixer. Now take out the ground soybean in a big bowl. Add boiled potatoes, cheese, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, gram flour, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. When the mixture is well prepared, keep the oil in the pan for heating. Now take a little mixture in your hands and prepare small balls. When the oil is well heated, fry the kofta balls in it until they turn golden. Now in the next step prepare gravy for kofta.
To make gravy, first put some oil in the pan and let it heat. Now fry finely chopped onion in it until it becomes light golden. Now add finely chopped tomato, green chilli, grated ginger and fry for a while. When all the things are mixed well, add coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt and fry. When the masala is roasted well and starts releasing oil, add water to it and let it cook till it boils. When the gravy starts boiling well, add the koftas to it and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After this turn off the gas flame. Now garnish with finely chopped green coriander and serve with roti, paratha or rice.
