How to make bread pakoda
To make bread pakoda, first take mashed potatoes in a vessel. Add green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, garam masala, dry mango powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix it well and make a homogeneous mixture. Add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, celery, and salt in a vessel.
Prepare a thick and smooth batter by adding water little by little. The batter should not be too thin or too thick. Cut the bread slices in half (triangles or squares). Apply prepared potato filling on top of each slice and cover with another slice. If you want, apply the filling in one slice and fold it in half.
Heat oil in pan. Dip the prepared bread into the gram flour batter, making sure to coat it completely. Put it in hot oil and fry on medium flame till it becomes golden and crisp. Remove the fried pakodas on tissue paper. Serve hot bread pakodas with green chutney, tomato sauce, or tamarind chutney.
