Vivo is expected to launch its next Y-series phone in India, the Vivo Y29 5G, which will come as the successor to the Vivo V28 5G. Ahead of the launch, key features, expected design and RAM along with configurations have already leaked. Now, the latest report shed light on Vivo Y29 5G’s expected price.
Based on the leaked information, the Vivo Y29 5G is expected to come in four configurations. It may start with a 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant for Rs 13,999, MySmartPrice report quoted tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore. At this price, the upcoming Vivo Y29 5G will rival the recently launched Poco M7 Pro, CMF Phone 1, and more. Apart from this, other models’ prices may look like this:
6GB + 128GB = Rs 15,499
8GB + 128GB = Rs 16,999
8GB + 256GB = Rs 18,999
Apart from the price, the report also suggested possible cashback and bank offers. Based on the marketing material shared by the tipster, Vivo will also offer a cashback of Rs 1000 on 4GB and 8GB RAM options and Rs 1,500 with EMI payments while buying Vivo V29 5G. The leak also suggested that there would be no-cost EMI options for up to 6 months. These offers could be available for IDFC First Bank, DBS Bank, Federal Bank, IndusInd Bank, AU Bank, SBI, Yes Bank, J&K Bank, and Bank of Baroda customers.
Apart from the price, the previous leaks have suggested that the Vivo V29 5G is likely to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. It may feature a 6.68-inch display and a 5,500mAh battery with support of 44W fast charging. It is also expected to have an IP64 rating against dust and splash.
For photography, the Vivo V29 5G may get a dual camera setup at the back headlined by a 50MP main coupled with a 0.08MP secondary camera. On the front, it may get an 8MP sensor for selfies and video calls.
