Semolina is easy to eat and the best thing about it is that many types of things can be made from it. Today we are going to tell you the recipe of Corn Semolina Balls for breakfast. It is very easy to make and takes very little time to make.

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 glass water
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • half teaspoon chili flakes
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • a pinch of turmeric powder
  • half cup boiled corn
  • mustard spoon
  • green chilli 2
  • ginger 1 small piece

To make delicious Corn Rava Balls, first take semolina in a vessel and fry it lightly until its color becomes like turmeric. After this, put ghee in a pan and heat it. – Now add mustard, corn, ginger, chili flakes, turmeric powder, semolina and water, mix and keep it to cook. When the corms are cooked, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool. After it cools down, make small balls of this mixture and keep it to cook on low flame. After the balls are cooked, heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds and a little salt to it and heat it. Then add corn balls in it. And fry it lightly. Then add green chutney and serve.
