Rashmika Mandanna Responds To Trolls After Calling Thalapathy Vijay's 'Ghilli' A Remake Of 'Pokiri'
Rashmika Mandanna is presently basking in the glory of Allu Arjun-starrer ‘Pushpa 2 The Rule.’ In one of her recent interviews, she shared about her experience of watching a film for the first time in a theater. And Rashmika in the interaction got confused between ‘Okkadu’ and ‘Pokiri.’ This resulted in a massive trolling on social media.
Confused Between ‘Okkadu’ And ‘Pokiri’ Responding to a question on her first theatrical experience, Rashmika stated that Thalapathy Vijay’s film ‘Ghilli’ is her first film she watched in theaters. “You know why I keep saying that I really love Vijay Thapalathy sir because he was the first actor I watched in a theater.” Rashmika went on to add that she recently learnt ‘Ghilli’ is a remake of a film called ‘Pokiri.’ “The song ‘Apdi Pode,’ for majority of my life I was performing for that song,” added Rashmika, revealing that her father used to watch a lot of Rajinikanth films and for her Vijay and Trisha were the first actors she saw on the big screen. ‘Sorry…My Bad’, Says RashmikaThalapathy Vijay's 2004 film ‘Ghilli’ is a remake of Mahesh Babu's 2003 film ‘Okkadu’.
