Flour- 2 cups
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Celery- 1/4 teaspoon
Ghee- 2 tbsp
water as required
Oil (for frying)
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger- 1 inch (grated)
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon
salt as per taste
Curd- 1/4 cup
Green Coriander (for garnishing)

method of making
To make Kachori, first add flour, salt, celery and ghee in a big vessel and mix well.
After this, knead the dough by adding water and keep it covered for some time.
Then heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chilli and ginger and fry well.
After this, when all this is roasted, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder.
Also add salt and mix well. Now add curd to it, mix it and cover it and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
Then just add green coriander to it and mix. Now make the prepared dough into small balls.
After this, round the entire dough with a rolling pin and fill it with the prepared spice mixture.
Then seal the edges well and make them round.
After this, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachoris until they turn golden.
Now your hot kachori is ready. Serve it with curd or chutney and enjoy.
