The 2025 ICC Champions Trophy schedule has been confirmed, and the competition will begin on February 19, 2025.
The tournament will be co-hosted by Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, with Pakistan hosting the remaining games and Dubai hosting India’s matches.
The UAE Cricket Board president, Sheikh Nahyan Al Mubarak, and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman, Mohsin Naqvi, announced on December 22 that India’s matches will take place in Dubai. Both the semifinals and the championship match will be held in the United Arab Emirates if India advances to the elimination round.
Feb. 23, 2025, is the day of the much awaited India-Pakistan match. Bangladesh and New Zealand are also in India’s group, according to Cricinfo.
India’s group-stage matches against Bangladesh on February 20 and New Zealand on March 2 are anticipated to take place in Dubai.
On February 19, the Daiyadi squad will play New Zealand in the tournament’s first match in Karachi. March 4 and 5 are the dates for the semi-finals, while March 9 is the date for the final. The whole official schedule will be released shortly by the ICC.
Eight teams in all, split into two groups, will fight for the Champions Trophy:
Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and New Zealand make up Group A.
Afghanistan, South Africa, Australia, and England make up Group B.
