Vinod Kambli's Health Deteriorates Again, Condition 'Critical' In Thane Hospital; Pics Surface
Ex-Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli has been hospitalised yet again as his condition has reportedly deteriorated as pictures of him being in a medical facility surfaced on social media. The 52-year-old former batter, who was recently in the headlines for meeting his old teammate Sachin Tendulkar, is said to be stable but still critical and remains under observation.As per IANS, Kambli is currently admitted at Akriti Hospital in Thane and was rushed there at Saturday night. Meanwhile, the recent event of Ramakant Achrekar's memorial is when Tendulkar and Kambli met, with the latter sitting on a wheelchair, causing netizens to be concerned about his health."I’m ready to go for rehab" - Vinod KambliWith the former left-handed batter struggling with alcoholism for quite a few years, he vowed to seek professional help and revealed how his former teammates had also opted to help. He came to meet me and said 'Come on, get up'. A lot of people have called me lately. Everyone saw me. Definitely, they [BCCI] will help. Abey Kuruvilla (former India pacer) is with BCCI, he is in touch with me, and he is also in touch with my wife."Kambli made his debut in 1991 and has featured in 104 ODIs and 17 Tests.
