Ingredients of Creamy Garlic Fenugreek Vegetable
250 grams fenugreek leaves
8-10 cloves garlic
Turmeric
red chilli
coriander powder
garam masala
ginger garlic paste
one onion finely chopped
two crushed tomatoes
to make cream
Two spoons dry roast peanuts
two spoons white sesame seeds
two spoons roasted gram

Creamy Garlic Methi Recipe
-First of all prepare the cream. There will be no need of milk to make this vegan and healthy cream. Just mix white sesame, roasted peanuts, roasted gram with water and grind it to make a paste.
-Now put oil in the pan and heat it. As soon as the oil is hot, add finely chopped garlic and let it turn red.
-Then add finely chopped fenugreek leaves and stir.
-Add some salt, cover and cook.
Now heat oil in another pan and add ginger garlic paste. After it is lightly roasted, add finely chopped onion and fry.
-After frying onion, add tomato paste to it and cook.
-When tomato and onion are cooked, add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and a little garam masala and fry.
-Also add prepared cream and stir.
-Stir well and turn off the gas flame.
-If you like the taste, apply finely chopped garlic seasoning in mustard oil on the vegetable. Garlic Creamy Fenugreek Curry is ready, serve it with Paratha.
