Material
Peanuts-half cup roasted
Sesame seeds – 2 cups
Dry coconut-2 spoons
Green cardamom powder-half teaspoon
Milk powder-5 spoons
Ghee-2 spoons
Sugar-1 cup
Water-1 cup
Method
- First of all, roast the sesame seeds. After this, grind them and make powder. After this, roast the peanuts and grind them. After this, mix dry coconut in ground peanuts and sesame seeds.
- Mix these things well. After this, heat some ghee in a pan. Add this barfi mixture to it and fry it. Now add half cup milk powder in it.
- Now add cardamom powder to this mixture. Mix all these things well. After this, prepare the syrup by adding water and sugar in a pan. Now add this syrup to the mixture.
- Now apply ghee in a plate. Put this mixture in the plate. After an hour, cut this mixture into the shape of barfi pieces.
