Aakash Chaudhry a prominent figure in India’s education sector has raised $4 million for his latest venture Sparkl Edventure. The platform launched just two months ago has garnered the backing of renowned investors including Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal and Zerodha founder Nithin Kamath.
Sparkl Edventure: A New Era In Personalised Learning
Sparkl Edventure aims to revolutionize education by providing personalised one-on-one tutoring tailored to each student’s needs. The platform focuses on students pursuing international curricula such as IB IGCSE and A-levels leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and expert teaching to enhance learning outcomes.
Chaudhry who serves as the founder and managing director shared his vision for Sparkl and said “Our mission at Sparkl is to empower students with personalised learning that adapts to their unique requirements. With the support of visionary leaders like Nithin Kamath and Deepinder Goyal we are poised to transform the tutoring landscape.”
Sparkl was co-founded by Pavan Chauhan co-founder of meritnation.com and Ritesh Hemrajani bringing together a team with deep expertise in education technology.

Nithin Kamath Zerodha founder and Rainmatter head expressed his belief in Sparkl’s potential to reshape education. “I’ve often wondered if students could achieve different outcomes with access to more personalised and customised education. Similarly Deepinder Goyal founder of Zomato participated in the funding round signaling strong confidence in the platform’s vision.

Aakash Chaudhry: Leader In Education
Chaudhry is no stranger to success in the education industry. He previously served as the managing director of Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) a coaching giant renowned for preparing students for competitive exams like NEET and JEE.
Under his leadership AESL became a household name ultimately catching the attention of Byju’s which acquired the firm in 2021 for nearly $1 billion in a cash-and-stock deal.
Its focus on personalised AI-driven solutions and international curricula positions it as a significant player in the global edtech market.
