YEIDA Plot Scheme: Today is a very special day for those who dream of building their own house from land in Greater Noida. Actually, today the lucky draw of 451 plots of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will be held. After which the dream of 451 people of building houses on their own land will begin to be fulfilled.
This lucky draw of YEIDA will be organized in Hall No. 1 of Indian Expo Center and Mart. For this, YEIDA has made special arrangements and for those who cannot come here, arrangements have been made for live streaming of the lucky draw, so that they can see the transparency of the lucky draw.
451 plots are to be allotted in YEIDA's residential plot scheme RPS08(A)/2024, for which a total of one lakh twelve thousand nine applications were received, out of which YEIDA canceled 306 applications due to non-completion of paperwork. In such a situation, out of one lakh eleven thousand seven hundred three applications, the allotment of 451 plots will be done through lucky draw.
If you have applied for the lucky draw scheme of YEIDA's residential plot scheme RPS08(A)/2024 and for some reason you are not able to go to the lucky draw, then there is no need to worry. Actually, YEIDA has arranged for live streaming of this lucky draw, which you can watch on DD Uttar Pradesh, DD's OTT platform, YEIDA's official website and YEIDA's Facebook page and YouTube channel. Also, live streaming of this lucky draw can also be seen on the YouTube page of TV9 Bharatvarsh. Lakhs of people had applied for this scheme. This scheme has been started in Noida Sector 24A. The last date to apply for this was November 30, 2024.
Everyone will be wondering how much time will it take for you to make the final payment if your plot is selected in the lucky draw of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. Let us tell you that as per the information given in the tender form of YEIDA, 100 percent payment will have to be made within 60 days of allotment of the plot. On the orders of the Chief Executive Officer of YEIDA, it can be extended further by 30 days, on which interest will have to be paid at the rate of 13 percent per annum.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority will conduct the lucky draw of 451 plots manually. The draw will be done in the presence of Uttar Pradesh Committee and Supervisor. Let us tell you that YEIDA has already published the list of all the applications received including eligible and ineligible on the website of the authority on 17 December 2024, only these people will be included in the lucky draw.
