Jagdish Naresh Master a well-known stock market investor and director of Deep Financial Consultants has purchased a luxury sea-view apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious Worli area for over Rs 106 crore. The ultra-premium property is located in the Oberoi Three Sixty West tower on Dr. Annie Besant Road one of the citys most sought-after addresses.
According to a Free Press Journal report the property spans around 7139 square feet the apartment is situated on the 60th floor which is officially the 44th habitable floor of the building. The price per square foot for this transaction stands at nearly Rs 1.50 lakh making it one of the most expensive residential property deals in India.
Jagdish’s Wife Also Bought Apartment
Interestingly Jagdish’s wife Urjita Jagdish Master also a stock market investor and director at the same firm purchased another luxury apartment on the 59th floor of the same tower. She paid over Rs 105 crore for her unit further highlighting the couple’s significant investment in high-end real estate.
According to property registration documents sourced from Zapkey.com the apartment was recently transacted within three years of its last registration. As a result the new buyer was required to pay a differential stamp duty amounting to ₹2.86 crore.
