Regarding food, all the doctors and health experts advise that we should eat only when there is sunlight. Eat after sunrise and stop eating after sunset. If you are not able to do this, then keep a gap of 12 to 14 hours between dinner and morning meal. Fasting should be done for this long period.
hydrate
It is very important to keep drinking water from the time you wake up in the morning till before sleeping. You should not wait until you feel thirsty to drink water, rather drink at least 2 liters of water little by little throughout the day.
